Adult Tennis

The adult tennis program is a hugely successful initiative which aims to promote the fitness, lifestyle and social benefits of playing tennis in a non-competitive environment. It caters for beginners to advanced players and is a great way to get back into tennis if you have played in previous years.

Participants are grouped with players of similar standards or you can choose to form your own group. Choose between a cardio, high intensity workout program to improve court movement and fitness or a technical program to help improve stroke play and execution.

The players also begin to learn basic strategy for singles and doubles. The emphasis is on stroke production, consistency, matchplay and fitness.

Daytime Adult classes

Lesson Duration: 1 hour

Maximum of 4 students per class
