The WCTA coaching term runs in line with the school calendar, ensuring a consistent and structured program throughout the year. Please refer to the term dates below to plan your sessions and stay up to date with any holiday breaks or program changes.

TERM 1

Commences:

Mon, 2nd February

Concludes:

Thu, 2nd April

There will be no coaching on:

Monday, 9th March (Labour Day)

This will be a 9-week term depending on what day of the week your sessions are.

TERM 2

Commences:

Mon, 20th April

Concludes:

Sat, 27th June

There will be no coaching on:

Monday, 8th June (King’s Birthday)

This will be an 10-week term depending on what day of the week your sessions are.

TERM 3

Commences:

Mon, 13th July

Concludes:

Sat, 19th September

There are no public holidays in this term.

This will be a 10-week term for all days.

TERM 4

Commences:

Mon, 5th October

Concludes:

Sat, 19th December

There will be no coaching on:

Tuesday, 3rd November (Melbourne Cup)

This will be an 11-week term depending on what day of the week your sessions are.
